Then he wrote &#8220;One Grain of Sand&#8221; and enjoyed similar astronomical success. He released his latest album, <em>Bone Structure<\/em> earlier this month, and the story behind its creation involves a scrapped original album, masked gunmen, and a brand new daughter. He talks to Pat Healy about how a deep love of the music of Bruce Springsteen, combined with a college baseball injury led to his musical career.
