Important Info for Pay Per Term Certificate Students

• To lock in the current rates for the spring 2008 term as well as future terms, go to your the certificate area from your “My Home” page and click on the “Click here to pay tuition for current and future terms” link. Please note paying the $150 registration fee will not lock in the current rates.
  

Tuition must be paid in full to lock in the current rates. Partial payments will not lock in the current tuition rates; this includes registration fee payments without full payment for the course(s).


• If paying your tuition with a check or money order, it must be received by the deadline to lock in the current tuition rates. If paying your tuition by wire transfer, the funds must be received in full by the deadline.

• If paying your tuition using a Sallie Mae loan or one of our other approved lenders, our office must receive the disbursement check by the deadline to lock in the current rates. An approval of a loan will not lock in the current rates.
  
  
• If paying your tuition using Tuition Assistance, your TA form must be received by the deadline. In addition any tuition or fees not covered by the voucher must be paid in full.
  
  
• If you are a first term student, you have the option to change your payment option to pay in full. By doing so, you would save 10% off your remaining course tuition. In addition if you pay your remaining tuition before the deadline you would also lock in the current rates. To change your payment option send a request to registrar@online.berklee.edu.
  
  
• To make changes to your schedule send an email to registrar@online.berklee.edu.
  

Important info for Certificate Students Using Auto-Bill

• If you have selected the “Charge Credit Card When Tuition is Due” option, you will need to either make a payment via your “My Home” home page or contact the registrar to have your card charged prior to the deadline.

Important info for Pre Paid Certificate Students

• If you wish to upgrade your program to a higher-level program or add an additional program to your schedule, please contact our registrar at registrar@online.berklee.edu
  
  

Important Info for Students Taking Individual Courses (not in a certificate program)

• Pay for any spring 2008 course now and lock in the current tuition rates. You can also lock in the current rates for future terms by contacting your student advisor at 866-BERKLEE or 617-747-2146 option 1.
