Shipping and Returns Policies
Berkleemusic Shipping policy
All orders expedited (overnight, 2nd day, etc) received by 11:00 am (CST) each business day are shipped out same day. After 11:00 am (CST), orders will be shipped on the next business day. All non-expedited orders will be shipped within two business days. Orders received after 11:00 am on Fridays will not be processed until the following Monday. Please keep this in mind when using expedited shipping.
In some cases, we may require additional information from you after you submit your order. This may delay the processing of your order until we receive the necessary information. We will notify you at the time we receive your order whether anything additional may be required.
Berkleemusic Return Policy
Within 30 days of delivery of shipment, you may return any of the following items you purchased from the Berkleemusic bookstore, for a full refund not including shipping and handling. We will refund shipping and handling if the return is a result of our error.
- Any book in its original condition.
- Any unopened (still in its plastic wrap) CD, DVD, software, or vinyl record.
We cannot accept returns of opened items or items returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Please note that all refunds will be provided in United States dollars. Berkleemusic cannot be responsible for any currency rate fluctuations between the date of purchase and the date of the refund.
You must contact our Customer Service department at service@berkleemusic.com or (617) 747-2146 to receive a Return Authorization before returning the item.
