What is the Berklee Online Mentor Collective?
The Berklee Online Mentor Collective is an online mentoring community. Through the Berklee Online Mentor Collective, students will have ongoing access to a network of mentors including Berklee Online graduates and current students, trained to offer guidance and advice. Students will be matched with a personal mentor based on common academic interests, career goals, life challenges, and experiences.
Additionally, students can use the platform’s discussion guides and goal-setting activities to help spark meaningful conversations with their counterparts. Topics range from time management and work-life balance to networking and job-seeking advice.
What do mentors and mentees discuss?
- How your major will impact your professional options
- How to balance the demands of family, school, and work
- How to set yourself up for academic, social, and career success
- How to make connections with peers and professional contacts
