Mentor Collective

Through the Berklee Online Mentor Collective, students will have ongoing access to a network of mentors including Berklee Online graduates and current students, trained to offer guidance and advice.

What is the Berklee Online Mentor Collective?

The Berklee Online Mentor Collective is an online mentoring community. Through the Berklee Online Mentor Collective, students will be matched with a personal mentor based on common academic interests, career goals, life challenges, and experiences.

Additionally, students can use the platform’s discussion guides and goal-setting activities to help spark meaningful conversations with their counterparts. Topics range from time management and work-life balance to networking and job-seeking advice.

What do mentors and mentees discuss?

  • How your major will impact your professional options
  • How to balance the demands of family, school, and work
  • How to set yourself up for academic, social, and career success
  • How to make connections with peers and professional contacts

How can students get matched with a mentor or volunteer to support their peers?

We are actively enrolling students and mentors for the upcoming school year. If you’re interested in learning more about Mentor Collective at Berklee Online, and you're currently a degree student or alumni, sign up!
