On newer versions of iOS, we've been made aware that some video uploads may not process in BOCCE correctly due to the Spatial Audio settings within the Camera app. To ensure compatibility, you may need to change this to Stereo, depending on your specific version of iOS.
- Open the Settings app on your iPhone.
- Scroll down and tap on Camera.
- Tap on Record Sound.
- Select Stereo or Mono instead of Spatial Audio
- If you've already recorded your video while Spatial Audio was enabled, you'll need to re-record with Stereo Audio selected
