Berklee email addresses are provided to all online degree students, in the format of onepassusername@berklee.edu. Students taking online courses à la carte or through a certificate program are not provided with a Berklee email addresses.

Berklee email addresses use Google Workspace, so they are, in essence, Gmail accounts. To access your Berklee email, go to mail.google.com and use your OnePass credentials to log in, making sure to use the full “@berklee.edu” address as the username.

If you are already using another Gmail account, you should be able to click on your profile image (or first initial) at the top right of the Gmail window, and then select Add Account. You can then log in using your OnePass credentials.

Under specific circumstances, you may be able to change your OnePass username, and thereby your Berklee email address. Typically, the reason a OnePass username will change is due to a legal or official name change; you can read more about these here.

You can reset your Berklee email password by resetting your OnePass password. You can find instructions for this below. Please note this will also reset the password for other services that use your OnePass account, such as my.berklee.edu and Onelogin.

How to Reset OnePass Password

The easiest way to reset your OnePass password is to contact the Berklee Online Support Team to request a new OnePass password. The Support Team can be reached by email at support@online.berklee.edu, or by phone at 617-747-2146 option 3.

Alternatively, when students access their OnePass credentials for the first time, they have the option to enroll in Self Service. If enrolled in Self Service, students can set up security questions to verify their identity should they need to reset their OnePass password in the future. 

If you have previously enrolled in Self Service, you can take the following steps to reset your OnePass password yourself.

1. Navigate to onepass.berklee.edu
2. Select Self Service: Reset My Password
3. Enter your OnePass username
4. On the following page, answer all required security questions
5. Enter a new password that follows the password requirements (ignore the "unicode character" requirement)

 

Berklee email addresses include unlimited Google Drive storage. In addition, they can be used for any educational discount that requires a .edu email address.
