The following instructions are for resetting your Berklee Online account password (used for online.berklee.edu), not your OnePass account password (used for my.berklee.edu). If you need to reset your OnePass account password, please see this article.
If you have forgotten your Berklee Online account password, you can take the following steps to reset it:
- Click the Forgot Password link at the bottom right of the Berklee Online login screen.
- Enter your email address on the following page.
- Click Send Password.
- A temporary password will be emailed to the email address entered.
If you are running into login issues even after getting a new password, it's possible that your browser is using a stored password that is incorrect. Please view this article to see how to update a stored password.
If you don't receive the password reset email, or are still having trouble, please contact the Berklee Online Support Team to request a password reset, either by email at support@online.berklee.edu, or by phone at 617-747-2146 option 3.
