Student who have taken the Pro Tools 101 and Pro Tools 110 courses are able to take the respective Pro Tools exams through Avid. There are a few steps that students need to take to gain access to their exams.
In week 11 of both Pro Tools courses, you will be presented with a link that allows you to associate your personal Avid account with Berklee College of Music. To do this:
- Navigate to avid.com and sign in with the account you wish to take the exams with.
- Return to your Pro Tools course and click on the link provided in week 11 to associate your Avid account with Berklee College of Music.
- Send an email to the Berklee Online Support Team at support@online.berklee.edu requesting access to your respective Pro Tools exam.
In this email, be sure to confirm the email address that you have associated, in case it is different from the email address on file. Once the Berklee Online Support Team processes your request, you will then have access to the Pro Tools exam(s) under the My Learning section of your Avid My Account page. Click on the respective blue link under the Active Exams section to begin. Once started, you have 60 minutes to complete your assessment.
