Erini Tornesaki

Erini Tornesaki (a.k.a. Eirini) is a vocalist and educator raised on the island of Crete, Greece. A descendant of Greek-Anatolian refugees, she blends traditional Greek music with jazz, classical, and pop influences. She toured as the sole vocalist in Cirque du Soleil’s Kurios, performing over 1,000 shows, and holds a master’s from the Berklee Global Jazz Institute. Tornesaki has performed at Carnegie Hall and WOMEX, and collaborated with Danilo Pérez, Terri Lyne Carrington, and Daniel Hope. She is an assistant professor at Berklee College of Music and has presented workshops at Harvard, Princeton, and Tufts.
