Matt Rollings is a multiplatinum, Grammy-winning producer, pianist, and songwriter whose playing can be heard on thousands of recordings. He has worked with artists including Lyle Lovett, Sheryl Crow, Billy Joel, Johnny Cash, Queen, Metallica, Mavis Staples, and many more. As a producer, his credits include Willie Nelson’s Grammy-winning Summertime: Willie Nelson Sings Gershwin, Keith Urban’s multiplatinum debut album, and Mary Chapin Carpenter’s The Age of Miracles. Within the Nashville music scene, Rollings is known as a trusted collaborator, and the Academy of Country Music has named him “Pianist/Keyboardist of the Year” 10 times.

In addition to his acclaimed work in the studio, Rollings is a passionate educator who shares his expertise through workshops, masterclasses, and one-on-one sessions. For Berklee Online, he authored the course Piano and Keyboard Techniques for Session Musicians, where he brings his studio-tested techniques directly to students.
