With Berklee Online’s new Masterclass series, students can experience the renowned curriculum of Berklee College of Music in a one-time, two-hour long live session led by a Berklee instructor for just $99.

Music education is not a priority in US juvenile justice facilities, and BreakFree Education and Berklee Online are teaming up to try and change that.

Andrea Stolpe has won the 2022 Exemplary Teaching Award from the University Professional and Continuing Education Association. This award honors a professional, continuing, or online education faculty member for outstanding teaching.

Six members of Berklee Online’s Music Production master’s class of 2022—Kristen Long, Dan Minchom, Rossely Paul, Owen Longjohn, Craig Limey, and Christopher T. Thompson Sr.—have been recognized with awards for their excellence in music production for innovation, multicultural diversity, and engineering.

Berklee Online will unveil three new degree programs over the next year: a Master of Arts in Interdisciplinary Music Studies, a Bachelor of Arts in Voice Performance, and a Bachelor of Arts in Piano Performance.

Berklee Online course authors Brad Hatfield and Gaye Tolan Hatfield have earned a 2022 Daytime Emmy Award, along with Lydia Harrell, Jeff Meegan, and RC Cates, for “Outstanding Original Song.” The winning track is titled “Grateful For It All” and appeared on the soap opera “The Young and the Restless.”
