Students will learn standard microphone selections and various microphone techniques specific to live sound applications.

  • Live Event Sound Engineering and Concert Production 101 (OMPRD-185 • Level 1 Course)

    This course examines the craft of live audio when applied to musical performances, covering all the basics needed to run a live sound event in 100-1,000-capacity venues.

  • Live Event Sound Engineering and Concert Mixing 201 (OMPRD-285 • Level 2 Course)

    This intermediate live mixing and concert production course is designed to introduce the basic concepts and techniques of live concert mixing.
