What is my OnePass User ID/Password?
Your OnePass User ID is your Berklee email address excluding the @berklee.edu (e.g., "name" instead of "email@example.com").
If you have not yet set up your OnePass password, or don't know your OnePass credentials, look for an email sent to you from Berklee Online with the subject line, "Start Planning Your Degree Schedule for Fall 2015" for instructions.
OnePass is a different User ID / password than you use to log in to online.berklee.edu.

Why should I update my email address to be my new "@berklee.edu" address?
This is required to ensure that all communications are centralized, and that you won't miss any messages.
