Cristina Vaira is a singer-songwriter, producer, and Associate Professor of Songwriting at Berklee College of Music. Originally from Milan, she has earned national recognition in Italy for her critically acclaimed releases and radio airplay on major stations such as Virgin Radio Italy, Radio 105, and Radio Monte Carlo. Her music has been featured in award-winning films and international cultural initiatives, including the Global Voices Film Festival 2021 organized by UN Women. She has performed at renowned venues across Europe and the United States, including Boston Symphony Hall, Paramount Theatre, and Café Trussardi, and collaborates with internationally recognized producers and musicians. Her current work focuses on original recordings exploring themes of resilience, transformation, and women’s empowerment, while she continues to mentor and shape emerging artists from around the world.
