Nicole Blonder is an integrative health coach and music industry veteran with more than 25 years of experience. She spent nearly two decades at Mute Records as VP Marketing and Project Manager, leading campaigns for Grammy-nominated artists including Moby, M83, New Order, Goldfrapp, and José González. She has worked with Desert Daze Festival, Black Box LA, National Independent Venue Association (NIVA), and various artists and businesses in consulting roles. After being diagnosed with an autoimmune digestive condition early in her career, Nicole's personal transformation led her to complete her certification in health coaching at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition. She works with creative professionals navigating stress, burnout, and chronic health challenges through 1:1 coaching, group programs, and workshops that address nutrition, sleep, energy, movement, and more. A lifelong yoga practitioner, she incorporates mindfulness and breathwork into her methodology. Nicole’s dedication to making careers in the music industry more sustainable and health-supportive led her to co-found Equilibrium (2019–2024), a wellness platform for music professionals. She is also a frequent speaker at industry conferences, including Folk Alliance, A2IM Indie Week, and Music Biz. Visit her online at nicoleblonder.com.
