Kayla Cashetta is a composer and producer who works in the realms of electroacoustic, experimental, and electronic music. Her work has been performed at venues and festivals such as National Sawdust, the Center for New Music, the New York Festival of Song, the Fridman Gallery, ManiFeste, and Festival Empreintes. She has worked with ensembles including the Refugee Orchestra Project, Quince Ensemble, Eco Ensemble, Splinter Reeds, and Longleash. Kayla holds Ph.D. and M.A. degrees from the University of California, Berkeley, a B.A. from the State University of New York at Purchase, and has participated in IRCAM's Cursus Program on Composition and Computer Music.
