Nadine Truong is a German-born Vietnamese filmmaker whose work spans award-winning short films, feature films, and web series. She earned her MFA in Directing from the American Film Institute Conservatory, where she received the Mary Pickford Scholarship. Her feature I Can I Will I Did stars Tony Award nominee Mike Faist (West Side Story, Challengers) and Selenis Leyva (Orange is the New Black), and has won awards at festivals across the U.S. and internationally. A finalist in NBC’s Female Forward program, Truong’s work has been recognized for its depth and diversity in storytelling. She also teaches screenwriting, directing, and production at Chapman University, Loyola Marymount University, UC Irvine, the University of Hawaii, and Berklee Online.
