Taiwanese-American conductor Tiffany Chang is a visionary leader who empowers arts organizations to turn work culture into strategic advantage.

A two-time Solti Foundation US Career Assistance Award recipient and OPERA America Grant winner, Tiffany is celebrated for her "refined stage presence" and "sophisticated" musicality. Recent and upcoming engagements include Symphony New Hampshire, The Dallas Opera, Houston Grand Opera/Asia Society Texas, Washington National Opera, Minnesota Opera, Portland Opera, and Little Opera Theatre of New York. She maintains an academic presence as guest conductor, having held orchestral leadership positions at Oberlin Conservatory, Boston University, Baldwin Wallace Conservatory, and Berklee College of Music.

As author of the blog Conductor as CEO (recognized among FeedSpot's Best CEO Blogs in 2025), Tiffany offers transformative perspectives on people-first leadership for orchestras.
